- User Content – including your profile details, photos taken directly in the app, and messages you send to matches.
- Location Data – approximate or precise location, used to show nearby profiles and relevant matches.
- Financial Information – payment details processed securely by Stripe for subscriptions and chat upgrades.
- Identifiers – such as your device ID or account ID, used for login and security.
- Sensitive Information – profile attributes you choose to provide (e.g., relationship preferences, personal qualities).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Display your profile and attributes to other users.
- Enable discovery and matching based on your filters and preferences.
- Support unlimited chat between matched users.
- Process your payments (handled by Stripe's secure payment system).
- Improve safety, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in limited cases:
- With other users (only what you choose to include in your profile).
- With service providers that support app operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, content moderation).

4. Data Retention
- We keep your account information as long as your account is active.
- You may delete your account at any time in the app, after which your personal information will be deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law.
5. Biometric and Face Data (TrueDepth API)
What We Collect
When you take profile photos using the app's front-facing camera on supported devices, we use Apple's TrueDepth API to perform real-time liveness detection. This process temporarily accesses:
- Facial geometry (3D depth measurements)
- Facial movements (eye blinks, mouth movements, head orientation)
- Face tracking stability data
How We Use This Data
This facial data is used exclusively for anti-spoofing verification to ensure your photos are of a real, live person. The liveness check helps prevent fake profiles and protects all users from fraud.
Processing and Storage
All TrueDepth facial data is:
- Processed entirely on your device in real-time
- Never stored on your device or our servers
- Never transmitted off your device
- Never shared with third parties
- Immediately discarded after the liveness check completes
Only the final captured photo (a standard 2D image without facial geometry data) is saved and uploaded to our servers for your profile.
Your Control
You can decline to use TrueDepth-based liveness detection, though this may limit certain profile verification features. Standard camera permissions control access to the TrueDepth camera hardware.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including encryption and secure servers) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent to processing (e.g., location services).
- Request a copy of your data.

8. Children's Privacy
